TERMS OF PURCHASE OR SERVICE 

By accessing any product, course, service, or content (collectively, the “Services”) from Calm Canine Connections (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) and its subdomains and affiliated sites (collectively, the “Website”), whether free or available for purchase, for viewing on the Website or for download, or in any other form, you and the Company agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms of Service”), without modification, and you acknowledge reading them:

CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE 
We may revise and update these Terms of Service from time to time at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of the Website thereafter. However, any changes to the dispute resolution provisions set out in Governing Law and Arbitration will not apply to any disputes for which the parties have actual notice on or before the date the change is posted on the Website.

Your continued use of the Website following the posting of revised Terms of Service means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page from time to time so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.

TRAINING PROGRAMS & POLICIES 

Assignments

The success of our training programs relies on active client participation. Clients are expected to work with their dogs several times a week on assignments provided by the trainer. If you have any questions, please contact your trainer via email or phone. Misapplication of training techniques may lead to alternative behavior issues, so it’s crucial to seek guidance as needed.

Package Redemption

Training sessions purchased as part of a package must be used within 12 weeks. Unused sessions at the end of this period will be forfeited. To resume training after the 12-week period, a new session must be purchased. This policy ensures that we can reserve time for all our clients.

Training Instructions

Clients must adhere to the training techniques discussed with the trainer. Any deviation may affect the results and could lead to forfeiture of lessons at the trainer’s discretion if non-condoned methods are used.

Fees & Pre-Payments
Payment Policy

Pre-payment for sessions is required at the time of scheduling via PayPal, Venmo, or another provided checkout link. Clients must pay in full when scheduling appointments. Those outside our immediate service area may incur a travel fee.

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our program, we do not offer refunds. By enrolling, you reserve a spot on our calendar. We will work with you to accommodate schedules to maximize the benefits of the program. In the event of your dog's passing, any unused paid sessions will be refunded.

Scheduling, Cancellations, and No-Shows
Scheduling:
Please text your trainer for available times. Expect a response within 24 hours from Tuesday to Saturday. Responses on other days are exceptions.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations will not extend your program time, and a new appointment must be scheduled within your program timeline. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may affect future booking abilities. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

No-Show Policy:
If no one is present within 15 minutes of the trainer’s arrival, the session will be forfeited. Payment for the full session will be required via Venmo link. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours before the appointment will be considered a no-show and result in forfeiture of the session. In case of an unavoidable emergency, we will try to reschedule.

GEOGRAPHIC RESTRICTIONS:

The owner of the Website is based in the State of New York in the United States. We provide the Website for use only by persons located in the United States. We make no claims that the Website or any of its content is accessible or appropriate outside of the United States. Access to the Website may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. If you access the Website from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

INFORMATION COLLECTION & USE 
Personal Information: To provide and improve our Service, we may collect personally identifiable information such as your name, phone number, and postal address. This information is used to contact or identify you and is necessary for delivering our services.
Log Data: We collect Log Data, which includes information such as your IP address, browser version, pages you visit, and the time and date of your visit. This data helps us understand and improve our Service.
